Dr. Jeremy Katcher joined the Department of Medicine in the Division of Allergy and Immunology as an assistant professor in January 2023 after spending 12 years in private practice in the St. Louis and Washington, Missouri areas. During his time in private practice, he treated a wide variety of patients and conditions covering the full breadth of the allergy/immunology specialty. He believes in shared decision making and empowering his patients.
Dr. Katcher earned his medical degree at University of Missouri, Columbia and completed his fellowship in Allergy & Immunology at University of Tennessee, Memphis. He has been very involved in the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (ACAAI) and has held multiple leadership positions. Dr. Katcher is excited to continue providing excellent patient care while advancing the specialty and teaching the physicians of the future. His key interests are chronic cough, asthma, allergic rhinitis, allergen immunotherapy, food/drug allergy, urticaria/angioedema, immune deficiency.
