Welcome to Journeys in Medicine: Narratives with Women Faculty. This project, concepted and developed exclusively by Washington University School of Medicine residents, shares the stories of women faculty across the School of Medicine through personal interviews. These interviews feature residents one-on-one with their role models and honor the individual journeys, professional and personal, of female faculty throughout their careers, providing a glimpse into the struggles and successes unique to women in medicine.
