Patricia Litkowski, MD, Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Hospital Medicine, has been selected to attend the highly selective AAMC Early Career Women Faculty Leadership Development Seminar July 2024, standing out among numerous applicants across the country. Dr. Litkowski serves as the Medical Director of Patient Experience at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Director of Hospitalist Services for Inpatient Medical Oncology.
Recognizing her exceptional achievements and accomplishments, she was awarded funding by The Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and the Office of Faculty Promotions & Career Development at WashU to participate in this seminar. The seminar focuses on developing leadership skills and strategies for academic advancement and provides a platform for participants to expand their professional network and gain insights from faculty and peers, preparing them for higher faculty ranks and leadership roles.
