For inpatient:

  • The Department of Medicine is currently piloting an inpatient to outpatient insurance verification workflow to help teams with discharge planning for patients that need to follow up after a hospitalization with an ambulatory provider at Washington University.  The workflow is currently be piloted with the infectious disease service for patients that need ambulatory ID follow up.
