WashU Gastrointestinal Oncology Advances & Therapies Meeting is planned and implemented interprofessionally by physicians, pharmacists, nurses and physician associates. This activity is designed for medical oncologists, hematologists oncologists, radiation oncologists, surgical oncologists, internists, hospitalists, general and family practice physicians, pathologists, pharmacists, nurses and physician associates. It may also be of interest to nurse practitioners and other health professionals who care for patients with gastrointestinal cancer. This meeting will address practice gaps in the evidence-based, multidisciplinary management of gastrointestinal cancers through lectures, case presentations, panel discussions, and question and answer sessions focused on gastroesophageal, gastric, pancreatic, hepatocellular, cholangiocarcinoma, and colorectal cancers to improve staging, treatment selection, and coordination of care.
