Leadership and Promotion – the chicken or the egg?

Join us for the 2nd Annual Department of Medicine Women in Medicine and Science Seminar hosted by Advancing Women in Academic Medicine (AWAM) and the Forum for Women in Medicine (FWIM).

This virtual seminar, “Leadership and Promotion – the chicken or the egg?”, will provide a foundation for you to learn the critical skills, strategies and resources available to prepare for career advancement and promotion opportunities. Featuring distinguished Department of Medicine leaders and guest speakers, you will enjoy a variety of sessions covering topics on effective promotions strategies to leadership positions for women to being a purpose driven leader. This event is open to all faculty, staff, postdocs, fellows, house staff, and medical/graduate students.
