Dr. Omar Elsayed-Ali joins the Department of Medicine in the Division of Allergy and Immunology as an Assistant Professor as of August 2023. He completed his medical school at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and his residency in Pediatrics at Emory University School of Medicine. He worked for one year as a generalist in the emergency room at St. Louis Children’s Hospital before returning to training to complete his Adult/Pediatric Allergy and Immunology Fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine. His key interests are food allergy, anaphylaxis and chronic hives.
