Dr. Katharine Foster joined the Department of Medicine in the Division of Allergy and Immunology as an Assistant Professor in September 2024. She is interested in the wealth of immune reactions both beneficial and detrimental that medications can elicit and their interplay with a patient’s overall health, including drug allergy, microbiome changes, and immunomodulatory effects. Her key interests are drug allergy and antimicrobial stewardship.
