EXPLORE is a new program within the Gateway Curriculum designed to support student Career Development and Scholarship in 4 Domains: Research, Innovation, Education and Advocacy/Global Health. EXPLORE consists of a 4-week immersive curriculum in the first academic year and then continuous scholarship and mentoring support for students throughout the curriculum, with additional opportunities for research time and related electives in the 3rd and 4th academic years. The Clinical Research Pathway Lead will be charged with creating and delivering research curricula throughout all curricular phases and building relationships with clinical research faculty to create and foster student scholarship opportunities.
