The Division of Allergy & Immunology at WashU Medicine will hold the Updates in Clinical Allergy and Immunology on September 18-19, 2026 at Le Meridien Hotel in Clayton, Missouri. This activity will allow for sharing of best practices and updates for managing patients with allergic and immunologic illnesses. The Updates in Clinical Allergy and Immunology activity is planned and implemented interprofessionally by physicians and nurses.

This live in-person event is designed for allergists, immunologists, otolaryngologists, pulmonologists, internists, hospitalists, general & family practice physicians, pediatricians, pediatric allergists, pediatric immunologist, pediatric otolaryngologists, nurse practitioners, and nurses. It may be of interest to physician assistants, pharmacists, and all healthcare professionals who care for patients with allergic and immunologic illnesses.

This day and a half activity will provide education through lectures and question-and-answer sessions addressing a broad range of allergic and immunologic conditions. Topics will include allergic rhinitis, asthma, atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, hereditary angioedema, food allergy, drug allergy, emerging immunotherapy approaches, biologic therapies, advances in diagnosis and management, and strategies to improve patient outcomes. The intended result of this course is to increase knowledge, competence, performance and enhanced patient care.
