Background & History
Roads to Success is a 1.5-day seminar that helps prepare faculty to teach in inpatient and outpatient settings, prioritize wellness in the work environment, and navigate career paths and the WashU promotions process. The seminar utilizes a mix of interactive lectures and small group breakout sessions and is a wonderful opportunity to meet and collaborate with fellow faculty from across the Department of Medicine.

- September 4, 2026 | 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. in FLTC 302
