This activity is designed for senior GI Fellows, advanced endoscopy Fellows and advanced surgical trainees. The course provides education in advanced therapeutic endoscopy through lectures and a hands-on program with expert faculty from Washington University and institutions around the United States. There are a limited number of travel awards available (maximum $700 per person) to help defray airfare expenses. Original receipts for travel must be submitted following the course for reimbursement. These travel awards will be awarded on a first-come basis.

Hands on experience will include one on one training with expert faculty covering:

  • ESD, POEM
  • ERCP
  • Diagnostic and Therapeutic EUS
  • Luminal Stenting
  • Endoscopic Suturing and Closure
  • Bariatric Endoscopy
