  Medicine and Professor of Medicine at the University of Colorado School of
  Medicine. Dr. Burden is passionate about cultivating a thriving healthcare
  workforce and developing clinical staffing models that empower professiona
 ls to deliver their best care. She has led numerous clinical innovations in
 cluding building novel clinical service lines and building large scale surg
 e plans for the COVID-19 pandemic. She also devotes considerable time and e
 ffort to mentoring\, faculty advancement\, and educational efforts. She cur
 rently serves as the Executive Co-Chair and Co-Founder for the Diversity\, 
 Equity\, and Inclusion Special Interest group. Dr. Burden speaks nationally
  on the topics of hospital systems improvements\, workforce models of care\
 , and diversity\, equity\, and inclusion.</p><p><strong>Location:</strong>
