 The seminar will be held <strong>Thursday\, February 22 from 8:00am to 5:00
 pm and Friday\, February 23 from 8:00am to 12:00pm</strong> in FLTC Room 30
 4. Lunch will be provided both days.</p><p><u>Participants are expected to 
 attend both days and participation is limited to 30 guests</u>. Please be s
