  Medicine.</p><p>This department-sponsored event is designed to provide fel
 lowship candidates with the opportunity to discover St. Louis and the WashU
  Medical School campus\, learn about the many resources available to suppor
 t trainees during their fellowship education\, and hear from current fellow
 s about their personal and professional experiences.</p><h2 class="wp-block
 -heading is-style-underline">Our Commitment to You</h2><p>Participation in 
 our Open House is completely optional. It is not a part of the interview pr
 ocess and has no bearing on ranking for individual programs. We have taken 
 the following steps to ensure that your decision to join or not join does n
 ot impact the selection process:</p><ul><li>All Program Directors\, Associa
 te Program Directors\, Division Chiefs\, and Program Coordinators have been
  asked to abstain from participation in the event</li><li>Participating pro
 grams have been asked to certify their NRMP rank list by Sunday\, November 
 5th</li><li>Event registration is being managed by the centralized DOM Offi
 ce of Education\, and programs will not be provided with information regard
 ing which applicants choose to attend</li><li>Division-specific activities 
 are reserved until the end of the day and are completely optional for atten
