This in-person seminar, “Climbing the Academic Ladder: Insider tips for success”, will provide a foundation for you to learn the critical skills, strategies and resources available to prepare for career advancement and promotion opportunities. Featuring distinguished Department of Medicine leaders and guest speakers, you will enjoy a variety of sessions covering topics on effective promotions strategies to leadership positions for women to being a purpose driven leader. This event is open to all faculty, staff, postdocs, fellows, house staff, and medical/graduate students.
